Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws.

Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of access to our Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. We are not responsible if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without obligation to update it.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Many of our products are made to order or customized based on customer specifications.

Because of this, orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials are ordered or fabrication starts, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. All sales are final once production has begun.

Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings. We do not guarantee exact color representation.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and contact information and to update it as needed.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
All products are shipped via third-party freight carriers.

Flat Rate LTL Curbside Delivery and Dedicated Truck Shipping are curbside unless otherwise arranged. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect shipments at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Failure to document damage at delivery may affect eligibility for freight claims.

SECTION 8 – WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
White Glove Delivery is an optional service that may include inside delivery, uncrating, placement, and packaging removal.

White Glove services are quoted and billed separately. Fees are non-refundable once scheduled. Availability varies by location and site access conditions.

White Glove Delivery does not guarantee dedicated transport unless explicitly contracted.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, ideas, or submissions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

You agree your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

SECTION 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Grandeur Furnishings and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

These Terms, along with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grandeur Furnishings.
