Our process begins with a design consultation to understand your needs and space. Once the design is finalized and approved, your piece moves into fabrication. After completion, we coordinate delivery or white-glove service based on your selected options.

Yes and even out of the country if needed.

On all custom projects we require 50% upfront and the final balance will be due at time of completion and before shipment.

All Grandeur Furnishings pieces are designed and crafted in our Spartanburg, South Carolina warehouse, using premium materials to ensure lasting quality and timeless style.

YES! We encourage all customers to come visit our facility and see their projects goingthrough the custom process! We have a showroom where if the design is gettingchallenging we can all visit, look at samples, review options, and find the perfect selections for your wine cabinet or cellar racking system.

Lead times vary depending on project scope and complexity. Most custom projects require several weeks from design approval to completion. Your estimated timeline will be provided during the design phase.

By the time our clients call and we engage with them on a custom project, this project has been on our client’s mind for a while. So after our design phase and fabrication of their vision, it becomes our highest priority to protect it all the way to their home.

We have been told that our crating process takes almost an entire day to get into at times, but every project we produce has great meaning to our clients and its our goal to ensure it arrives 100% fully protected.

Projects are shipped via freight with custom crating for maximum protection. White-glove delivery options, including placement and setup, are available when selected.

Installation is available through white-glove delivery services when requested. This option includes in-home placement and setup by experienced professionals.

Yes. Our conditioned cabinets are designed to maintain stable temperature and humidity levels to protect and preserve your collection.

We primarily use CellarPro and Wine Guardian cooling systems, known for their reliability, precision, and quiet operation in residential and commercial environments.
