At Grandeur Furnishings, we specialize in custom, made-to-order wine storage and cabinetry. Please review the information below to understand how shipping and delivery are handled.
Delivery Areas
We ship throughout the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may be available
on a case-by-case basis and requires a custom freight quote. Please contact us prior to ordering
for availability and pricing.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our products, shipping is handled via freight carriers.
Available shipping options may include:

Flat Rate LTL Curbside Delivery – $890
Shared freight carrier delivery to curbside or driveway only. -
Dedicated Truck Shipping – $3,200
Reserved or limited-stop truck transport for increased handling control. Curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping method availability depends on product type, order size, and destination.
White Glove Delivery Service
White Glove Delivery is an optional service that includes inside delivery, uncrating,
room-of-choice placement, and packaging removal.
- White Glove Delivery is quoted and billed separately
- Fees are non-refundable once scheduled
- Availability depends on location, access conditions, and carrier availability
- White Glove Delivery does not guarantee dedicated transport unless explicitly contracted
Production & Shipping Timeframes
All Grandeur Furnishings products are made to order.
Estimated timelines:
- Production lead time: Varies by product and configuration and will be confirmed after order placement
- Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on destination and shipping method
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery & Inspection Requirements
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
- Customers must inspect packaging and product condition before signing the delivery receipt
- Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery paperwork
- Concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
Do not refuse delivery unless instructed by Grandeur Furnishings. Refusing delivery without authorization may affect freight claim eligibility.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.
Grandeur Furnishings is not responsible for damage not documented at delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Coordination
Once your order ships, tracking information and delivery coordination details will be provided.
Freight carriers typically schedule delivery appointments in advance.
