Initial Conversation
We start by learning how the piece will be used, where it will live, and what matters most to you. Consultations are conducted in person when possible or remotely by phone or email.
Preliminary Estimate
After reviewing the scope, we provide a preliminary estimate within 48 hours.
Design & CAD Development
Once the estimate is approved, we begin the design phase. Some projects require a design fee depending on complexity.
- Detailed CAD drawings are created
- Design fees are credited toward production when the project moves forward
- Design fees are retained if the project does not proceed
Craftsmanship & Production
Each cabinet is handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials and proven construction methods. Production timelines vary based on materials and customization.
Final Review & Approval
When production is complete, we share detailed documentation for final approval. Remaining balances are due prior to shipment.
Shipping & White-Glove Options
Approved pieces are carefully crated for shipment. White-glove delivery is available as an optional service. Refer to our Shipping page for full details.
