Due to the custom nature of our products, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
All custom and semi-custom furnishings are non-returnable. Each product is meticulously crafted based on individual customer requirements, making them ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom products may only be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, materials are ordered, and the manufacturing process begins, rendering cancellations impossible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@grandeurfurnishings.com.
Warranty Coverage
